OVERVIEW OF A TRAINING COURSE

	Notification Three weeks before the training, a notification setting out the exact location, times and means of access with a detailed plan or login information for the remote classrooms is sent to each participant by mail or email. ORSYS reserves the right to postpone the training for reasons of force majeure or if the number of participants is insufficient.
	Times In-person courses and remote classrooms take place from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. On the first day the participants are welcomed from 8.45 a.m., the presentation of the session takes place from 9.15 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and the course starts at 9.30 a.m. For hands-on courses of 4 or 5 days, the sessions end at 3.30 p.m. on the last day.
	Easy access Our centers are close to train stations or public transport and were chosen for their easy access location. Public or private car parks are also available for participants. Continual efforts are made to improve the accessibility of our premises and to facilitate participation in the training courses for people with disabilities.
	Spacious, bright classrooms The hands-on courses take place in ORSYS training centers which have many spacious classrooms which benefit from daylight and are equipped with the leading audiovisual resources. The seminars take place in quality hotels which are perfectly suited to accommodating training in a top-of-the-range setting.
	The most up-to-date systems and equipment The practical work uses high-performance machines which run under Unix/Linux and Windows or MAC OS operating systems, with the most recent versions of the software. For some behavioral courses video equipment is used.
	Lunches and coffee breaks provided ORSYS takes the greatest care over the welcome you receive. Meals and coffee breaks are provided for you. The rooms used for breaks, which benefit from natural light, promote relaxation and communication. Internet access is also available for you.
