Prerequisites
Good knowledge of the Scrum framework. Experience required in implementing Scrum. Being PSM I® (Scrum.org) certified is mandatory. Good level of written English.

  • Overview of the Scrum framework.
  • Scrum theory (empirical process, values, pillars).
  • Major artifacts (product backlog, definition of done, etc.).

  • Communication (setting a goal, elements of communication, positive communication).
  • Conflict management (types of conflicts, different ways of resolving conflicts).

Certification exam

Providing access to the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master® II (PSM II®) exam.


Certification
The exam is taken online and in English. It is 90 minutes with 30 multiple-choice questions. A score of at least 85% is required to pass.
