Presentation of ISO 14001 structure and requirements.
ISO 14001 application/fundamental principles.
Identification and evaluation of environmental aspects/impacts and their significance.
Writing a business case and a project plan for the implementation of an EMS.
Initiating an EMS based on ISO 14001
Selection of the approach and implementation methodology.
Definition of environment policy and objectives.
Identification and analysis of customer needs and requirements.
Writing a business case and a project plan for the implementation of an EMS.
Implementing an EMS based on ISO 14001
Implementation of a document management framework.
Development of a training & awareness program and communicating about Environment.
Resource management processes (HR, infrastructure and work environment).
Controlling, monitoring, measuring and improving an EMS
Controlling and monitoring an EMS.
Development of metrics, performance indicators and dashboards in accordance with ISO 14001.

Certification
After passing the exam, participants may obtain ISO 14001 Provisional Implementer, ISO 14001 Implementer, or ISO 14001 Lead Implementer certifications, depending on their experience.
